Our PM group works with closely with customers to eliminate program development avenues of risk. Starting with product requirements and program schedule development through product qualification and release for production, we utilize our vast design and manufacturing expertise to establish effective program baselines and forecasts.

Whenever possible, we use only proven COTS products in our designs so that we can eliminate the risks inherent with the introduction of new or customized technology.

We also guarantee our initial quote so that the price remains fixed until delivery, thus eliminating price change risk.

Risk management is further enhanced by providing documentation to higher-tier contractors that our products can be delivered on-time and exactly to specifications.
 

Our acclaimed PLM service provides the highest level of system performance at the lowest possible cost of ownership across the entire program lifecycle. This is accomplished by ensuring that adequate parts are available to meet routine and emergency maintenance needs. We also anticipate technology advances and thus help you plan for technology upgrades in ways that minimize hardware and software disruption.

Our PLM service provides both progressive and defensive Long Term Support. Through progressive support, we ensure that embedded products are designed to have maximum compatibility or upgradability even prior to system qualification. Critical components are thus restricted to products whose vendors have committed to a long-term production run. Our defensive PLM provides the technical support and service to keep a product running after it has been launched. We also ensure that adequate supplies of spare parts are available to prevent premature shutdown of a system or even the entire platform.
